TailorResumeAI is a free, AI-powered resume optimization platform that helps job seekers create ATS-optimized resumes tailored to each specific job description. We built TailorResumeAI to solve a frustrating reality: over 75% of resumes are automatically rejected by Applicant Tracking Systems before a human recruiter ever reads them. Our AI analyzes your existing resume alongside the job posting you are targeting, then rewrites your content to surface the most relevant experience, inject industry-standard keywords, and structure the document so it ranks at the top of ATS queues — all while keeping every statement factually accurate to your real background.

TailorResumeAI is for job seekers at every stage of their career — from recent graduates applying for their first role, to mid-career professionals switching industries, to senior executives targeting leadership positions. Whether you are in software engineering, data science, marketing, finance, product management, healthcare, or any other field, our AI understands the nuances of each industry and adapts your resume accordingly. It is also for career coaches and university career centers who need a reliable way to help their clients and students produce polished, targeted applications at scale.

TailorResumeAI is built and maintained by a small team of product engineers and career-strategy experts who have personally reviewed thousands of resumes and interviewed hundreds of candidates across startups and large enterprises. We combined that hands-on experience with modern large-language-model technology to create a tool that genuinely understands what recruiters and ATS software are looking for. We are committed to keeping the core resume-building experience free forever, to never inventing or borrowing credentials that do not belong to you, and to protecting your data — your resume is yours alone and is never shared or sold.
